Employee testimonial

My journey with Bug Tussel began in May 2020. I was hired as a Customer Service/Tech Support representative, fielding calls, and helping customers resolve any issues they came across. During that time, I learned a great deal about how our service works, the equipment involved, and whatever else I could pick up along the way. After about six months, I was given an opportunity to move to the Inside Sales team, which at that point was just a one-man operation. Around the same time, Bug Tussel began growing rapidly in new areas, so I found myself in a great position to help people all over our coverage area get hooked up with service. We eventually realized the Inside Sales (among others) team would need to grow just to keep up with the growing demand for service! Two years later, I am now managing a full team of Inside Sales representatives. My team has done great work over the last few months, and we have had tremendous help from other teams like Marketing, Installers, and our BDM’s just to highlight a few. I have learned so much over the last 3 years, and I know there is much more to come. Thankfully, there are new challenges and opportunities to take on almost every day, and I feel like I am just getting started here. I can’t wait for what’s in store, both for the growth of the company and with my own career at Bug Tussel.
